What We Offer
We provide a space for individuals to learn, grow and transform into who they are destined to be.
Our guidance works to end the cycle of despair, fear, doubt, and pain. This cycle can lead to declining mental health & unfulfillment. Taking the grief from death, relationships, careers, children, pets & incarceration to the point of surrender and new life.
In addition to one on one, group, and family sessions we provide support & guidance throughout the week with full access to your coach.
Is This You?
Grieving Someone Alive
Only Existing Not Living
I left the army after my husband died and that left me grieving my career and my husband. I was walking around like the walking dead, but a friend told me about Shameka, so I started with personal sessions then I was able to bring my children in. The opportunity to talk to Shameka throughout the week really got me unstuck and allowed me to have a better relationship with my children. I am now able to honor my husband and my time in the army instead of thinking of it as a major loss. The help I received was invaluable.
